Adrian is the driving force behind the Manera Group. Adrian completed his University studies in the early 2000s moving directly into a career in marketing. During this time he was running a business promoting live events which he also founded. This company is now World Series Wrestling, Australia’s largest international, professional wrestling tour company.  

In 2005 he co-founded Haggle Co Home + Furniture which has now grown to be South Australia’s largest family-owned furniture chain with stores located in both metro and regional SA, employing more than 70 staff and two distribution centre totalling 13,000sq/m.

In 2019, after advice from his son, Adrian researched, manufactured and founded one of Australia’s leading gaming chair companies Villain Gaming. Villain chairs are ergonomic and are built specifically for the needs of gamers and are sold throughout Australia.

In 2021, Adrian co-founded One Degree. One Degree is a studio based on yoga and hot Pilates practices. With over 70 classes per week with Adelaide best yoga and Pilates practitioners

Outside of work, Adrian is a committed family man to his wife and three children.
